The maturation cellar provides an ideal environment for flavor development while ensuring a sterile and hygienic space that meets the highest standards.

Stand-alone or integrated installation system allows the user to install the device into kitchen furniture if desired.

Digital display with a touch panel for electronic temperature and humidity adjustment.

Air circulation cooling system ensures even temperature distribution and optimal cooling.

Double glass door with UV filter (Low-E) helps maintain the necessary conditions for meat maturation, protecting the stored meat from direct sunlight while also saving energy. Reversible door swing.

UV sterilization lamp (automatic or manual mode) is ideal for preventing bacterial growth and maintaining a hygienic environment during meat dry aging. Visibility is ensured by LED lighting with a switch.

For complete hygiene, the device has a stainless steel ventilation duct, a charcoal filter for removing odors, and a moisture filter. Device maintenance is simplified thanks to the automatic defrost system.

Visual/ audible alarm for open door. Visual alarm for temperature and/ or humidity level changes.
