The temperature is controlled by an electronic thermometer for adjustment to the nearest degree. Hydrometry controlled between 50 and 80%. Protection against light and anti-vibration system guarantee the good aging of your bottles. 

Equipped with a Winter function, the cellar ensures that the set temperature is maintained even if the ambient temperature drops.

Active charcoal filter ensures a clean and neutral airspace inside the cavity.
